Regarding Dietary Restrictions

At our hotel, we prioritize your safety and comfort. To help ensure a pleasant dining experience, we will provide support and accommodations as much as possible for guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions due to religious or personal beliefs.

1. Dietary accommodations are provided based on advance reservations and prior notice.
For same-day requests, we may not be able to accommodate them in order to prioritize guest safety.

2. Meals prepared for dietary restrictions are cooked and served in the same kitchen using the same equipment as other menu items.
Therefore, complete prevention of airborne allergens or cross-contamination is not possible.
Guests with severe allergies are advised to exercise particular caution. -
3. Allergen information is based on ingredient data and details provided by manufacturers.
However, not all components may be fully identified or listed. We kindly ask for your understanding. -
4. Depending on the details of your request, we may not be able to safely provide certain meals or beverages.
In cases involving severe allergic reactions, we may be unable to offer any dishes for your safety.
In such situations, we allow guests to bring their own food. Please inform us in advance if this is needed.
